    Upload of large files is really painful! Box drive easily crashes, upload via the Web interface does not even leave enough bandwidth for Webex calls. If the download is interrupted, there is no way to resume.
    As a short term workaround, it seems one can upload via FTP https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697414-Using-Box-with-FTP-or-FTPS
