Viewer Uploader should have the limited right to delete files uploaded by them. If the user uses the desktop version of Box, they may accidentally upload/copy content to a shared folder which is not owned by them and in which they may have only limited rights as Viewer Uploader. In such cases a Viewer Uploader has to be able to delete their own content which might be accidentally shared and not rely on the Owner of the folder to do so.
