   DocuSign provides a useful "Formula" Field for their Templates. For example, a user is required to filled out a survey and select numbers 1-3 via a few predefined Dropdown's. After the user has made their selections, the "Formula" Field will automatically tally up the choices made by the user and provide a Sum.
