  1. Please check the storage capacity, it does not correctly inform the used space.

    The same thing here; after deleting files, a lot of them, any of the storage capacity is not released free.

    I found one article on this
    https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect

    And it said this should be corrected after a while. My storage cleaning was done 20 days ago, but still looks like the capacity is still almost full. Trash bin is emptied. No mirroring or off-line copies.
