Adding on to this! ESRI no longer allows PDF documentation to be used in their Embed widgets in Experience Builder, Dashboard, etc. Since ESRI is no longer allowing for hosted PDF documents, we thought we could use a public-facing Box folder to host our content and then use the Embed widget in Box to display the PDF in the Embed Experience Builder widget. However, I first have the blue screen where users have to drag the white cloud on the dark cloud, and then receive the "this shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you". I am an editor for the file and PDF document, am signed in with my Box account, and have verified the proper sharing settings are in place and I am still receiving this error.
