    If there was even a way to mass-rename them using box ai after the fact, that would be very helpful! Right now the manual lift to open each file to see who signed it, then rename and file accordingly is very arduous!

    It's dissapointing this has been an issue for two years with no resolution.

    Yes please! Having to open each file, see who signed it, then manually edit the file name is extremely time consuming. This should have been a feature from day one of the Box Sign product.

    The Box app will perform OCR when scanning a document, but the platform is unable to do this. Interesting indeed. We have compliance requirements around controlled data and are using tags in box to limit sharing of that controlled data. Occasionally we have a PDF with controlled data that is a flat file and Box is not able to classify it. This is a problem for our tagging and compliance.
