    It seems that the issue opening '.md' file with Box Edit ignores the OS configuration of preferred app.
    Even though user configure preferred app to 'Atom.app' for all '.md' files, Box Edit always select 'Xcode.app' for opening it.
    It depends on the implementation of Box Edit, not OS configuration.
