An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis is not on your roadmap? This should have been the very first item in your roadmap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's bad enough that Microsoft fills up my C drive with rubbish. Now I have a 100GB C Drive fighting with Box to store data while my 2TB D Drive is available for it.

I'm completely baffled with how the product ships without absolute basic functionality. This is a cloud sync software. How the heck can I not Edit the file with the appropriate app, make changes and have it immediately get synced back to the cloud?
I can't open a text file or my keepass kbdx file with my text editor or KeePass program respectively. It's a kludgy download, update with the app, exit the app, upload the file back to Box cloud. WTH?
On the Desktop side, I just uninstalled BoxSync and installed BoxDrive, just to find that it's hardcoded to use the C drive on which I have limited space. Instead of using my 2TB D drive.
Does anyone programming actually use the software? If not, how about using Dropbox which had this basic functionality a decade ago?
