I don't really have time to deal with Box but I am taking the time because Baylor insists on using this platform. I teach applied music. I routinely make my student post videos of mock audition, solo rep and excerpt study into Canvas - because Canvas makes me divide every single student into a separate class section, I must download all video content to share with the faculty in Box.
While viewing every file in preview, and making comments and grading in the right margin. Box quits and asks me to refresh the page. Many times I have made pages and pages of comments - now lost.
I have resorted to copying my comments and pasting into the refreshed page while scrolling right looking for the last viewed video segment.
You guys...... Sorry - COVID has made things weird but Box is a joke.
Previews won't load - so now you want me to download 2 gigs of files for one student??
DROPBOX has worked seamlessly for the last 12 years. Why is Baylor insistent on BOX
