Run a report which shows the users last log in date.
Currently, admins can run user statistics report but this does not show an exact date. Admins can run a user activity report, but this will return repeated users log in rather than last login.

Restrict content creation at the user or group level
Request: Root content creation to be set at user or group level instead of the tenant so that the majority wouldn't have to sacrifice a open folder structure for a small subset of users with constraints. Ultimately looking for a hybrid solution.

User Activity report: Add number of folders user has been invited into and number of folders user has invited others into".
This requires a lot of Excel merging today and not easy to get to this information.

Shared link report gives more info on what it links to
Currently shared link reports shows shared links for files/folders/ and bookmarks. Please add this column in the shared link report.

Improve scaling issues with collaboration report
We want to trim the Collaboration report and focus on External Collaborators. We believe that information will be more actionable than everything else. The Collaboration report currently is unusable at scale.

Event Stream notification for Admin Console changes
We need to monitor security of our environment and want to be able to identify and flag, via the Event Stream, when any Admin Console setting is changed.
This is available via the UI in User Reports, but is not in the Event Stream.
This is especially important for enterprises who rely on SIEM tools like Splunk and QRadar to alert to unauthorized actions.

New type of user - Managed External User
Box users need a way to: authenticate and manage external users + invite them to collaborate in a more efficient manner, similar to how it is done with managed users via groups.

Add "last accessed date" as an action type when running report on a folder
Add "last accessed date" as an action type when running report on a folder to track the last time users downloaded/previewed files in a specific folder.

Bulk Add Users with customizable columns/fields
We would like to have the ability to add custom fields when bulk uploading new users.
For Example (columns): Groups, Storage, Restrict external collaboration, Cost Center, Employee Number.
1 voteThis suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on improving the user interface and performance before we add customizations to bulk add.

New Groups UI: Make Shared Folders Page Sortable
Currently the Edit Shared Folders page lists the folders in random order. Admins want the ability to sort by the main columns for groups that have high folder counts.
3 votesWe have made the text for long folder names wrap in the Edit Shared Folders view, so cut off folder names with a company or department prefix should no longer be a problem.
However, we have not made the folders name column on the page sortable and don’t currently have plans to make this sortable.

When Deleting managed users 'Notify User' should be unchecked by default
When we delete managed users this screen pops up confirming our request with an option to Notify user. By default it is checked off.
Can we change that in our enterprise settings so that is unchecked by default?

Add permission that allows Group Admins to delete user accounts in their group and transfer content
We want the option to give full granular account management capabilities to Group Admins, including the ability for Group Admins to delete an account or transfer data to another user.
Without this, IT is still required to get involved for deprovisioning. They'd have the option to give this ability to Group Admins for their departments or groups as a granular permission
