Run a report which shows the users last log in date.
Currently, admins can run user statistics report but this does not show an exact date. Admins can run a user activity report, but this will return repeated users log in rather than last login.

It is important to see the list of all the external users with their last login activity to make a decision if their access should be removed after a period of inactivity.
