Show total folder and file count in-app in the Admin Console
We need to understand how many folders and/or files we have so we can estimate scope or effort for applying new features like retention or KeySafe. There is currently no way for us to get this without a custom request from a Box CSM

Bulk Add Users with customizable columns/fields
We would like to have the ability to add custom fields when bulk uploading new users.
For Example (columns): Groups, Storage, Restrict external collaboration, Cost Center, Employee Number.
1 voteThis suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on improving the user interface and performance before we add customizations to bulk add.

Publish Enterprise Settings link on Web App landing page
We want an easier way to get access to the Enterprise Settings link. Is there any chance this icon is going to be more accessible for Enterprise customers?

Add or modify accepted invite action so that an admin can easily see all folders that a user has auto-accepted
If a user invites a set of users that has auto-accept invites on, the action the invitation shows up under is >Auto accepted collaboration invite<. You cannot search for the user that accepted it. This action shows under the user that invited the collaborator.
However, if the user does not have auto-accept on, it shows up under both >invited collaborator< and >accepted invite.<
Basically, if a user does not have auto-accept on, it is easy to find accepted invite and what folders they manually accepted. If a user has auto-accept on, there is no way to search for them easily…

When Deleting managed users 'Notify User' should be unchecked by default
When we delete managed users this screen pops up confirming our request with an option to Notify user. By default it is checked off.
Can we change that in our enterprise settings so that is unchecked by default?

Restrict content creation feature to enable/disable co-admins from creating root level folder
We would like an additional control that enables/disables co-admins from creating root level folders. They should be able to perform all other folder actions, copy, move, delete, but not allowed to create. This enhancement would not apply to the Main Admin.
This would help ensure that locked down folder structure are maintained, minimizing user error and guaranteeing compliance and oversight. This would also facilitate making sure that Governance policies are in place for all content without admin monitoring required for newly created folders/content uploaded to 'unauthorized locations'

Archive a User's Data and Admin Deletes Managed User.
We liked the (now changed) feature of Delete & Transfer to an inactive account. Since the recipient (the new owner) was inactive, no one could collaborate on files that they owned. This was our "archiving" system. Any way to fix this? Workarounds for now = admin makes recipient temporarily active for transfer, then makes them inactive after.

Have the ability to retroactively expire shared links.
If I understand correctly, the only way we can go back and fix this for existing folders is to create an application that does this through the API or send a request to end users to fix folders they own. Is that correct?
It might be helpful to include a functionality in the future that allows an Admin to reset that setting for existing folders in the environment.

Add a filter term to filter between App Users and Managed Users when making a get enterprise users call
Currently, the only filter terms when getting a list of enterprise users allow admins/co-admins to filter between managed users, external users, or both managed and external (all). An admin should be able to further filter managed users to return either App Users or standard managed users.
1 voteWe added the ability to filter out app users in the UI recently, and adding this functionality to the API is under consideration. We will provide updates if this item makes it onto our roadmap, but we would like to see more customer requests for this API enhancement.
