Shared Box Sign group status dashboard / Ability to share sign requests with team members
When sending out Box Sign requests we need the ability for multiple team members to check in on how current Box Sign requests are progressing. They can't be tied to just the sender as sometimes staff work part-time and another staff member has to go in and push the signature along.
It would be amazing to see Box Sign have access to groups for a group based dashboard e.g. Finance Team. That would enable everyone in the group to go in and track the current Sign requests and push them along when another team member isn't around to do so.

Sign on behalf" or Delegate
Need ability to have an option on signature page where you can choose to forward to someone else to "sign on behalf" in addition to "reassignment". Use case comes up when a admin assistant or designated party can sign "Jane x on behalf of John" versus just capturing Jane's signature when reassigned.

Require PIV/CAC card authentication upon signing
The US government relies upon PIV/CAC card authentication for existing digital signature validation. This is a key requirement for usage within this market segment.

Ability to change the Date Field format
Currently the date field is automatically filled based on the signer's PC device language.
When the language is set in Japanese, the date will be written in Japanese but when it is set in English, the date will be written in English.
It would be great if we can set the language/format of the date to be the same when there is multiple signers with different language setting.29 votes -
Box Sign: add option to require recipient 2FA on template definition
Add the option to define that 2FA is required for some recipients (signers), on template definition itself.
That way, in combination with template locking admin can enforce users to set it while using the template21 votes -
Trigger Box Sign from Box Drive
Some users rarely go to the web interface and almost exclusively use Box Drive. A Box Sign menu item when right-clicking on a file opening a browser tab would help with adoption.

Increase signature size in Box-sign on saved document
Once a document is signed, the signature is so small it is barely legible. It is declined frequently because it is not legible. It should be a larger size - i.e. like DocuSign.

Ability to configure Part 11 Signing Reasons
Currently the signer is presented with default signing reasons under Part 11 as below:
a) I read and approve this document
b) I read and agree to this document
c) I read and authored this documentHowever, customers who activate Part 11 configuration should have the ability to add or remove or customize signing reasons for Signers to select.

Filter "In Progress" Box Sign Requests that are currently pending my signature.
Ability from Filters for Box Sign Request to select ones that are currently pending my signature at that time.
