Shared Box Sign group status dashboard / Ability to share sign requests with team members
When sending out Box Sign requests we need the ability for multiple team members to check in on how current Box Sign requests are progressing. They can't be tied to just the sender as sometimes staff work part-time and another staff member has to go in and push the signature along.
It would be amazing to see Box Sign have access to groups for a group based dashboard e.g. Finance Team. That would enable everyone in the group to go in and track the current Sign requests and push them along when another team member isn't around to do so.

This will be extremely useful to have the ability to check signing requests rather than individuals

Need to be able to set Co-owner permissions to Box Sign Templates that are set as a ready link, so specific users can administer the documents in case of an error or be able to see the in progress documents statuses. Right now only the template creator can see this. I'd like to be able to pick and invite specific users to also be able to administer these documents that get created.

While members of the staff leaves or change its role there is no option to re-assian its "on progress"Box Sign requests to another member.
There should be an option to share/assign a Box Sign requests to another user that will continue with the signing process. -

So excited to see this on the roadmap!

Is it possible to give specific people to also be able to view In Progress box signs that are generated from a Ready Sign link? We have several people that we'd like to be able to manage them and track progress, but right now, only the original creator of the template can see them.

Having to route hundreds of vendors contract a year, this is very important as we spend a lot of time chasing down things during a month/quarter/year end close to see where they are in the process. Not only will this be helpful to Box, it would be a great value add for our customer's who have the same challenges we do.

Similar to Box Folders where we can assign owners, co-owners, editors, viewers, etc. of contracts.

Definitely need this. Otherwise we can't use it as part of our Enterprise workflows where multiple people or departments need to oversee and manage signature processes.

We would like to also be able to migrate requests from one user to another for when a requester have a leave of absence or is separated from the company, so another user can continue that work.

We would like to be able to designate a manager of users to manage their requests (status, details, etc.) just like in the Box Sign interface. That person should be able to revise, cancel, or delete requests. If a user leaves the organization, then requests should revert to the manager so work isn't lost.

In order to get a good overview of electronic contracts within the enterprise, Administrators should be able to see all contract details and status. Otherwise, the wrong contract will be concluded more and more without your knowledge.

It would be also great for admins to be able to access "Box Sign Dashboard"(like fire request dashboard) in admin console and check if sign requests are operated properly.

Anyone with access to the folder that a Contract was sent from, who also has Box Sign enabled for their user account, should be able to see the status and manage all aspects of the signing process accordingly.

Allow other accounts to view status of documents sent to be signed when given permission.

Not only would it be helpful to give a group access to go in and track current Sign requests (in order to push them along when another team member isn't around to do so), but also, it would be valuable to give a group access to download and void contracts too.
Essentially, give a group the exact same permissions that are available exclusively to the sender inside of Box Sign today.
