1. Download Box Notes as PDF

   I would like the quickest and most efficient way to download all the box notes from all folders in our account onto PDF

   Box Support advised me to contact BoxPulse as this request is beyond their help and has been referred to the accounts team

2. SLACK: Simplify Boxnote Creation Within Slack Channels

   Our technical teams frequently collaborate in Slack channels to discuss ideas, resolve issues, or create plans. In many of these cases, having the ability to quickly create a Boxnote directly within Slack would be incredibly valuable.

   Currently, the process requires several steps: opening Box, navigating to the appropriate folder, creating a Boxnote, generating a shared link, and then pasting it back into Slack. This complexity often leads our teams to opt for alternative, faster tools.

   If we could streamline this process by enabling Boxnote creation directly from within a Slack channel—perhaps as easily as clicking a bookmark—it would significantly boost the usage of Boxnotes, especially when they are closely tied to the channel's topic or discussion.

   It is expected by the end of the year 2026 that users will be able to ask Box AI Agent to create a boxnote for them from Slack.

3. Ability to Pin Box note to the top of a box folder

   I would like to be able to pin a box note to the top of the folder list within a box folder. (I set up folders for project teams and I generate a box note for the document and information management guidelines for the team. It would be good if it was at the top of the list (or pinned to the side).

4. Create Pages and collapsable sections within Box Notes

   Add a feature that allows multiple Pages and Sections within a single Box Note, similar to OneNote.

   Also add a feature that allows for a collapsible section within a single Box Note - for example to use for different topics at an event, or different days at a conference - instead of making a new Note for each topic/day.

5. Use Box Notes from within Salesforce managed package or iframe in Salesforce

   Ability to edit a box note from within an iframe or something in salesforce.
