Just been chatting with the support guys ... When turning on 2FA, the first log in prompts for the auth code. However, every login after that drops back to just asking for username/password. (unless you clear your browser down every time !)
for 2fa to be effective, the system should ask for the auth code at every login otherwise there is no point in enabling it.5 votes

Our focus last year was on enforcing TOTP.
In the upcoming quarter we will enable email MFA and provide back up codes for SMS/TOTP.

Coming from WatchDox, this watermark style is way too intrusive. It makes the file content hard to read. Ultimately, we'd like the ability to customize the style and content of the watermark.17 votesWe are considering customizing watermarks for the latter half of next year. Still finalizing what aspects will be customizable, who will configure them, etc.
