Sharing a Collection
I understand that collections are meant to be a user specific setting, however, it would be great to have the ability to share a collection with a co-worker.
97 votesThanks for the feedback. Collections are going to remain as personalized views in the near future. We may revisit this down the road.

View Tags in Collections
The organization heavily uses tags to help with search and sorting. We'd like to have our Tags show on files folders/files when looking at a Collection
20 votesThanks for the suggestion! We are currently gathering feedback on Collections in order to prioritize future enhancements. This is not planned right now, but may be considered in a future cycle.

Rename items and custom order in Collections
Collections are great! Now the possibility to customize the display order as well as to rename items without affecting the actual folder/file name would be great additions
9 votesThanks for the feedback. Currently, collections are sorted by 1) Favorites and 2) personal Collections in alphabetical order. We do not have plans currently to allow renaming items or sorting order.

My Collection folders to be kept open when opening another My Collection Folder
Hi Team,
A client has requested to be able to keep the My Collection folders open when they open another My Collection folder.
Currently, when you select one of the folders in the left side menu, you can only open up one folder. When you select a new folder, it closes the previous one.
It would be great if it is possible to keep the previous folders open unless the user wants to close it by clicking again.Thank you in advance for your consideration.
7 votesThanks for the feedback. We have decided to allow only one expanded collections in the left side menu so we can maximize the performance of loading the left side menu.

more than one collection expanded at a time
Would love to leave more than one collection expanded at a time
1 voteThank you for your feedback. Allowing more than one collection expanded in the left sidebar might result in negative performance impact, so we have decided to limit it to one collection at a time. As we continue to make improvements to our systems, we will keep this request in mind.

My Collection and Favorite to be independent on the Web
Hi Team,
The client requested that My Collection and Favorite to be independent from each other on the Web so that it is easier to see each folder inside.
The client has an image something similar to what is now on the mobile app.
Thank you in advance for your consideration!

The ability to name the title of a collection
I have a number of folders that were invited by external users (grey folders) and those folders are typically named such as "shared folder" and it is often difficult to identify which organization I am invited by. So I would like to organize those folders by naming when collection.
1 voteIf the request is to rename folder names on folders that are owned by an external party, we are currently unable to support this.

Enable Collections for users in bulk via Admin Console
We have a list of 100 people to enable Collections for, and we are not able to copy/paste email addresses or names in the admin console. The only way we can get it to work is to type out one name at a time. Do we really have to enter each of the 100 names? We need to enable this today.
It'd be helpful to either allow copy and paste of multiple email addresses at once, or to allow some sort of csv upload method.
1 voteThanks for the feedback. This component was originally planned for customers to enable new features for a small group of users before rolling out to the all users. We will keep this in mind for the future, but unfortunately, we are unable to prioritize this against other priorities.
