Add "Like" button to comments
I would like to "like" comments on the preview so that is is easier to show that I have checked the comment without typing a new comment to say I have checked it.
We are now getting more use to using reactions from Slack/Teams that it would be nice to react with a "like" or a thumbs up reaction.114 votesWe are planning on adding the ability to resolve comments in the future, but do not have the ability to like comments as part of the roadmap.

Retain annotations in subsequent version(s) of a document
We use annotations when a group of us is proofing and suggesting edits to a document. When we're finished, when the designer makes our edits to the document, and then uploads a new version. Unfortunately, once the new version is uploaded, unlike general comments, the annotations are gone so we can't check in our changes. It would be great if you could make it possible to view annotations from the previous version of a document. Right now, the only workaround is to avoid using annotations, or to open the previous version of the document in a separate browser window and…

Embed Online Annotations in Word Documents as Comments, and vice versa
There is a disparity between the online annotations and the actual Word Document when it is downloaded. I would really like to see a conversion/compatibility between Box.com online annotations and Word Document (.doc and .docx). If someone adds an annotation in the online preview of a Word Document, this should show up as a Comment in the Word Document when downloaded for offline viewing. Similarly, if someone adds a Comment in the Word Document (via MS Office application), this should show up as an annotation when viewing the preview in Box.com online.
