HTML files should also be supported by Box AI
Currently, HTML files are not supported by Box AI.
As we move forward with the use of Box AI, we have a department that frequently uses HTML files, and that department requested that we use Box AI to obtain information from HTML files.
As such, we would like you to improve this so that HTML files are also supported by Box AI.＜HTMLファイルもBox AIのサポート対象とする＞

Box AI for Hubs limits
Box AI for Hubs is limited to 10,000 files per Hub.
When you use it as a FAQ site of Hubs, it easily exceeds 10,000 folders to store manuals and specifications.
I would like you to remove the limit or raise the limit value for effective use of Hubs.5 votes -
Make docuworks files compatible with Box AI
富士フイルムビジネスイノベーション社のdocuworksファイル（xdw）を対応してほしい
I would like Fujifilm Business Innovation's docuworks file (xdw) to be supported.

Box Hubs Box AI does not register all the documents added to that Hub
Box AI does not recognize all the documents in the Box Hub, and seems to recognize old documents that were removed from the Hub. Currently when I ask Box AI what documents are in my Hub it states only 2 documents out of 10 and one of those documents was previously removed.

Ability to Define which folders/files are included in Box AI answer
Admins have the ability to define which files and folders are included in Box AI.
For example - at our oganization there are multiple SOPs and other operational documents that are useful but saved in different root folders.
This would enable admin/folder owner to determine if folder/file is to be included into Box AI Queries

Box AI window is blocking underlying document
Box AI currently opens in a windows that covers the file I'm viewing in the browser.
Open Box AI in a new window that I can drag to another monitor so I can still see the file I'm using and better form my prompts/questions for Box AI.

Want to display to users the number of times BoxAI can be used for free.
Want to display to users the number of times BoxAI can be used for free.
Each user can use Box AI up to 20 times without incurring additional charges, but it is not possible to know how much they are currently using it.
Therefore, we would like to request that the number of times the service can be used for free be displayed on the usage screen.BoxAIの無償利用可能回数を利用者へ表示させたい
Box AIは各ユーザー20回までは追加料金が発生せずに利用出来ますが、自分が今どれぐらい利用しているかを把握することができません。

AI watermark
have the ability for Box AI for content creation to have some sort of watermarking or call out to denote that it was created by AI so users know what was human created versus AI created content
