    This limit is in place to prevent scale related issues. We are not planning to change this in the immediate future.

    I have been told the 500 recipient limit for the ‘email all’ feature in a Box folder is a Box Design setting and not an Admin Consol setting. Can Box increase the ‘email all’ feature limit to 750 recipients”? Our organization currently as one folder that has over 600 users.

    My research shows there is no limit of the number of collaborators for a Box folder, however it is recommended to have 1000 or less. If there is no limit on the number of collaborators in a folder, why is there a limit on the number of recipients to send an email notification (via the ‘Email All’ feature) to collaborators in that folder?
