    There’s an ongoing private beta for external drive support on macOS. We’ll share more details as progress is made.


    For the other request: with Box Drive on Windows, you can mark files and folders for offline use, and that content will be downloaded to your device. Starting with Box Drive for Windows v4.27, even if you quit Box Drive, all downloaded content remains available on disk and can be opened and edited.

    I can't believe this feature doesn't exist. It wanst't clear to me how Box actually worked at the time of purchase, had I known about this issue I would have brought my money eslewhere.
