Will need to understand the use case more (e.g., examples of duplicates to understand customer’s definition of a duplicate, how a duplicate can be created, etc.).

This would also allow for the latest Copy to be tracked. You could also send the Error message but allow the file to still be uploaded.

Case Study; We use Box to store Employee files and Customer Files, that we automate with the help of Zapier from our CRM. If an employee fills out the paperwork once, the file is created and sent to Box. 6 month later the employee changes teams and has to fill out the paperwork again. But the file can't be sent to Box due to the same file name. This could also happen with customer's as well.
