Please provide a way to modify the permission levels, access settings, and expiration dates of all shared links in an account in bulk. Managing each link individually is extremely time-consuming, especially when dealing with older or legacy links.
A highly valuable enhancement would be the ability for admins to set a global expiration rule based on the creation date of shared links. For example, a toggle or setting that would automatically expire all links created before or within a specified date range. This would allow organizations to retroactively deactivate outdated links, significantly improving security and reducing manual workload for managing large volumes of shared content.
Currently, Box only allows global admin settings to apply to newly created shared links going forward. There should be an additional capability that allows these rules to be applied retroactively to all existing links within the organization.
