    I notice this idea was raised in 2019, yet we are still having issues with this.
    There is no alert given when Box Drive isn't syncing properly. These aren't "problem items" so that feature does not help. Staff can go days without knowing their files aren't syncing and lose work.

    Please:
    – Add an obvious symbol to show a file has not synced.
    – Ping an alert to the desktop when files haven't synced.
    – Send emails out when there are known faults so people can be aware.

    I see you have already launched an update within one week of your previous update which caused major faults. It would be really great to receive a message of apology and statement clarifying the issues that are being resolved.
