We don’t have plans to disallow the use of certain characters on Drive, but we can consider improving the UX when a file error occurs due to one of these unsupported characters

We evaluated this previously, but have decided not to make changes yet given the user experience tradeoffs. If we get more requests of this, we can re-evaluate.

Similar scenario but user list load/populate after 10 minutes or so for environment with large number of users.
