Movable preview screen toolbar
When the preview screen is opened, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the zoom factor and page number, but since it is fixed at the bottom of the page, the preview screen is partially hidden in some documents, making it difficult to see.
If this toolbar could be temporarily hidden or moved, it would make the preview screen easier to see.（日本語）

Couldn't see full group name
When collaborating, if the group name is long,
the part that doesn't fit in the UI gets truncated.
Is it possible to improve the UI so that the entire group name is displayed?

Collaborator Permission Levels: Editable, No Downloadable
From a security standpoint, I would like the ability to edit in the desktop app but not download.
Now, if you can edit it, you can also download it.

Make the popup box on desktop go away
I would love if there was a way to remove or click on this dialog box to make it go away. It is constantly in the way of work. I know box want me to "resolve" the issue but if they'd like me to do that they should provide more information on what exactly is the problem because when I try and fix it, it never works.

Number of files in folder not correctly shown
All the folders in the Box I'm using show "Size" as "0 Files", when in fact each folder contains several files. It would have been useful for this feature to work correctly. Instead, I'm manually opening each folder to check their contents. In the alternative, an option to click an arrow to go to the contents of the next folder in the file list would be helpful to save a click navigating back to the main page.

Problem with workbook link in Excel
we have a problem with some excel files with embedded workbook links pointing to a BOX folder.
Today, after enabling BOX for Microsoft Office (desktop) some of these links changed from:C:\users\username\BOX\Boxdrivername\Boxfoldername
To
api.box.com\userName\BOX\Boxdrivername\Boxfoldername
thus giving a file not found error when we reopen the "master" excel file.
How can we solve this problem?
Below is the procedure for reproducing the error.
Starting Configuration:
BOX drive installed: YES
Enabled Box for Microsoft Office Coauthoring: NO

support editing of Open Office .odt, ods, and .odp files in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
I'm asking for Box not to block certain file compatibility functionality that is aIready within Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets, when not used through Box. I would like to edit Open Office Formats .odt , .odp, and .ods files, preferably from with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets respectively. MS Word does not support Open Office formats, otherwise I would request that as well. Somehow, Box is blocking Google Sheets and Docs from opening their Open Office file formats (.ods, .odp and .odt). Normally, Google Docs can open .odt files, if Box is not "in the way". Allow Box to automate back up to either a hard drive or 3rd party location automatically, give the recent concerns about CrowdStrike crash and how that stopped so many workdays, we want to protect ourselves if that were to ever happen in Box!

Ability to make Excel scripts available in "Box for Microsoft Office coauthoring"
Currently, due to OneDrive for Business requirements, scripts are not available when coauthoring is enabled in Box.

Ability to access public links/folders that aren't shared with a specific account via the Box desktop application
Sometimes a client sends a public link for a folder that is +100 GB. Downloading through the browser is obviously much slower than using the desktop application, but if the folder has not been shared directly with my account, I cannot access the folder via the app. Please implement a way of accessing public links via the Desktop application.
