    Thanks for the suggestion of this addition. We are not currently planning to add this functionality, but will keep the post updated for future.

    I second this idea -- I work with .R and .Rmd and .md files, all of which can be previewed as text. I don't need Box to auto-recognize that these are permutations of plain-text files (though that would be convenient) -- I just want a dropdown that says "preview as plain text".
