preview .txt file
We can preview files such as dwg or other heaving file but can't have a simple txt file preview ?!
Please allow this kind of file.

In fact if there is no text (at last one space or letter) the preview is empty but it is only because there is nothing to preview. Maybe add a label like "no preview file empty" to help with this case.
