    Box Feature Request: Preselect Save Location for Signed Documents
    When creating a new template, it would really help our team to have the ability to predefine the folder where signed documents and signing logs should be saved during the template setup process. Currently, the only option is to choose where the template itself is saved, but not the final signed documents.

    Since we share templates with a large group (around 60 people), the shared template folder often becomes disorganized. This happens when users forget to manually select a destination folder for signed files, leading them to default to the template’s save location. Introducing this feature would help prevent clutter and ensure signed documents are automatically stored in the appropriate folder.
