This seems like a pretty straight forward feature that would make life much simpler.
I'm an editor who works with creative teams. They'll make comments on individual clips, and being able to export all comments in a folder (and subfolders), even as a text file would make life easier.
Alternatively, just the option of viewing a list on the website of all comments would be welcome, as long as all the comments are consolidated in one place.
