Hi Box Team,
Following up on recent UI updates, I would like to re-emphasize the critical need for efficient folder navigation within Box Notes.
For daily power users, returning to the parent folder is a high-frequency action. Pushing the "Open Containing Folder" option further down the menu—behind secondary features like comments or image insertion—adds unnecessary friction and slows down daily workflows.
To restore productivity, we strongly request one of the following solutions:
Reposition Navigation: Move "Open Containing Folder" back to the top of the menu.
Dedicated Quick Access / Hotkey: Add a direct parent folder button to the main toolbar or provide a keyboard shortcut.
Menu Customization: Allow users to pin or reorder menu items according to their personal workflow.
Thank you for listening to user feedback and continuing to refine the Box experience!
