1. iOS App: When "folder" is marked as offline, files in that folder doesn't get updated / downloaded automatically.

   This is extremely important for our use in emergency response. I need to know that our offline copies are the latest.

   We need settings to choose to automatically update offline folders/files when the app isn't active, automatically update when in background.
