    I have the same issue. I contacted the very helpful Box "help" people who told me that at the moment they are unable to help and a vote on pulse would allow to look into this in more details.
    Personally, this is a major hindrance to my team's work as we spend downloading / uploading files on Box all day, it happens across all our different web browser and requires a workaround that is very inconvenient. So it's probably a reason to move my team to a different file storage solution if this is not solved quickly.
