The "Other Options" menu is missing
The menu display of "Other Options" is cut off.
I want the menu display to be always displayed in its entirety.
When files and folders are at the top of the screen, "Other Options" may not be displayed at all.

This is quite a basic issue. It would be really helpful if some time could be dedicated to resolving it.

Yes I agree this is ridiculous. Even when I change the view from a list to tiles, the menu is still cut off because it extends upward out of the viewable area in Chrome.

I came here to post the same thing, Nov 2021. My solution is to adjust the zoom on the page to see the entire menu, but it's annoying and shouldn't have to be this way!

I have the same issue. I contacted the very helpful Box "help" people who told me that at the moment they are unable to help and a vote on pulse would allow to look into this in more details.
Personally, this is a major hindrance to my team's work as we spend downloading / uploading files on Box all day, it happens across all our different web browser and requires a workaround that is very inconvenient. So it's probably a reason to move my team to a different file storage solution if this is not solved quickly. -
