    The ability to create groups for external collaborators or the ability to commingle managed/external users would be a huge time saver, alleviate manual processes and reduce errors.

    Not being able to create groups with external collaborators has been a huge thorn in my side. It would save so much time and effort while eliminating human error.
    This should really be a priority.
