    Agreed! I can see creating a Collections for HR resources or other important links that the entire company should have access to. I know that you can do this with a folder but folders don't always live on the left rail (which is why I like Collections better than the old favorites).

    Thank you for the feedback. Adding Tasks to Box Notes is functionality that we are actively researching, but is not currently on the roadmap. Please continue to submit feedback and use cases, and we’ll update if and when this becomes a priority.

    Thanks for the feedback. Adding @mention to the body of the Note is something that we believe would improve the annotations experience in BoxNotes. Although we can’t prioritize this feature at the moment, we will consider this feature when planning our future roadmap.
