Add folder/file path to usage log reports
Currently, the usage log report only shows the most recent folder that it lives within, and not the entire path.

Split and transfer data to several users when the owner is deleted (including folder assignment)
Hi,
it would be nice if I could split the data of a user to be deleted among more than 1 other user. If, for example, a department head leaves the company and another head takes over the disciplinary part on an interim basis, but the technical issues are still mapped in the department, it makes sense to be able to separate the structures. We are currently transferring the disciplinary page manually.
Best regards,

Shared Link Details: Add 'Last Usage' Column
The Shared Link Details report is a great report currently that provides admins a wealth of information when performing an 'inventory' or security review of all existing shared links.
One additional column that would be very helpful to include is a 'Last Usage' column that would provide a date entry for each shared link.
Usage is defined as the last time someone actually used that link in a browser. This is helpful to admins to be able to know if a link is still being used or not (prior to disabling it for security reasons.)16 votes -
Make login screen text easier to edit
In the admin console, there's a "Login Page" section, where it's possible to set a message that appears for all users on the Box login page. Currently, editing/formatting that message requires both access to the admin console, a knowledge of HTML, and an understanding of which HTML tags are and are not valid in that message.
As the information posted as a part of that message is often something that comes from communications staff, not technical staff, those barriers to editing it are significant. It would be nice if there was both a way to delegate the editing of that…

Thank you for your submission. However, this does not have enough demand in order to be prioritized.
We will reconsider with additional use cases.

SSO Required to have exemptions for Admin(s)
This actually makes a lot of sense as we have it for Device Trust, but we would like SSO Required WHILST exempting an admin or two. If the IdP is down, no one can get in and this would create a catastrophic business impact.

Personal Folder Auto-Creation
Similar to the Okta feature (https://support.okta.com/help/articles/Knowledge_Article/36802318-Configuring-Box-to-Create-a-Personal-Shared-Folder), this request is for a native option in Box to automatically provision a 'personal folder' for each user upon provisioning (whether provisioned manually, via Bulk Add, or via auto-provisioning).
Key Requests for this feature:
--Ability to customize the name of the folder that's created (such as choosing the user's name + 'Personal Folder' or other custom strings of text)
--The user's personal folder will be created in their own account and they'll be the owner of it, with no other users in it (even if restrict content creation is turned on)14 votes -
Restrict content creation at the user or group level
Request: Root content creation to be set at user or group level instead of the tenant so that the majority wouldn't have to sacrifice a open folder structure for a small subset of users with constraints. Ultimately looking for a hybrid solution.

Add list of Groups user is currently a member of to the Managed User Screen
In the "Edit User Access permissions" section of the Managed User page, there is a list of all the groups and a column to indicate if the user is a member. Admin must scroll through all the groups (1000's) to find which groups the user is in.
Would like to see a separate section that just lists the groups the user is currently a member of.

Add Sort by 'Status' Option to Managed Users Page
Add the ability to sort by user status (active, inactive, cannot edit & delete, cannot upload edit & delete) to the Managed User page in the Admin Console.
11 votesWe are re-designing the managed users page and will focus on adding advanced filtering of managed users by status as a follow up. Right now, releasing the re-design will be our first priority, so filtering by status is not on the near-term
(6 month) roadmap. We will revisit this after we release the new page. -

Ability for the Admin to choose which reports a group admin can run
Currently the option is to allow or disallow group admins to run reports. Admin wants to disable certain reports but not others.

The ability to set the report name when the Export Report option on any report
Exported reports currently write with a standard name of the report type with date and time but it is challenging when I have reports with almost similar names and the only difference is the date and time. It is confusing to ID a report when I run the same report multiple times.
If users can specify the report name when exporting it, it would make it easier to jump to the report. I know users can rename the report but it would be a lot easier and more efficient if the report is named right from the start.

Access Stats: Ability to get Access Stats programmatically per-file
Provide an a file API endpoint to obtain Access stats similar to the functionality in the Webapp.
Right now, we have to collect all the relevant events and do the math every time to get an accurate count. This complicates the application logic. Would be much easier to obtain the stats without having to calculate them on your own just like the UI does.
For example having the ability to pass a field and get summary figures in the response. Having to create an event parser to do this is a high barrier to entry to get this type of…
