Locking Folder Names
We have systems integrating with folders on Box.com. These functions either provide workflow timestamps, or move files from folder to folder. In order for these integrations to work seamlessly, folders cannot be accidentally or purposely renamed.

Display warning notification (admin controls) for moving large files and folders.
We have large projects folders containing 5+ GB of data. Would like to have a warning notification similar to that of deleting a file, pop up when someone goes to move a file or folder.
Ideally this would have customizable parameters controlled by the admin such as warn users only when file contains over 100 mb or even a feature that requires admin approval over a certain amount.
We recently had one of our very large folders moved accidentally and it caused a huge bandwidth issue as well as displaced the many sub folders that various departments relied on.

Users that only work with R files have no reason to use Box

360 image should rotate in opposite direction when dragged on preview page
The viewpoint moves to the right side of the image when we click&hold cursor and move it to the right.
However, other services like Google Street View, the movements are opposite.1 vote -
Clarify language and process regarding account activation
When users want to reactivate account, they think it sounds as though it is self-service when it actually involves submitting tickets and they can't do it by themselves.

Add option to delete an email address in the autocomplete dropdown when inviting collaborators
If an email ever accepted a collaboration invitation, this email will appear in the auto-complete dropdown even if the email no longer exist, is not a current collaborator, or invited by accident

Show the whole email address and file path in the notification email when a file is downloaded/accessed
In current email notifications, we cannot (a) tell which organizations are accessing which files, (b) which projects they are accessing.

Have a summary of actions shown on the right hand side under Details once we click on the parent folder
We would like to see what exactly was modified (upload/download/Edit)
