Display warning notification (admin controls) for moving large files and folders.
We have large projects folders containing 5+ GB of data. Would like to have a warning notification similar to that of deleting a file, pop up when someone goes to move a file or folder.
Ideally this would have customizable parameters controlled by the admin such as warn users only when file contains over 100 mb or even a feature that requires admin approval over a certain amount.
We recently had one of our very large folders moved accidentally and it caused a huge bandwidth issue as well as displaced the many sub folders that various departments relied on.

I agree with this 100%. We invite all of our company's users as editors to several project folders. Often someone misclicks a folder and moves a folder containing several TBs of data in BOX DRIVE. There is no warning or way to cancel such a large move. Waiting for the sync process us a giant pain. If there was a warning in BOX DRIVE to give the person a message or warning when moving folders on accident that would give them a way to get out of it before the process starts and the long wait begins. Please consider a solution for this issue as I can only guess it's more common than the responses show here!

We had a case where due to a slip of the mouse a top level folder containing nearly 1.7 million files was moved into another folder. It took over 24 hours of disruption as the folders moved and the owners were changed to the owner of the mistaken folder with no recourse to stop and no warning that such a move was being made/owner of the folder changed (using Box Drive). An automatic 'are you sure' warning would have saved a huge amount of work disruption.

This notification should also display when changing ownership on a large amount of data -- because for multi-TB folders, an ownership change can make the contents inaccessible for hours or days. User needs an opportunity to reconsider in light of this impact.
