    Currently, if I set the top folder to be available people in the company, there is no option further down to prevent any other shared link from only being this option or below.

  5. 360 image should rotate in opposite direction when dragged on preview page

    The viewpoint moves to the right side of the image when we click&hold cursor and move it to the right.
    However, other services like Google Street View, the movements are opposite.

  8. Add option to delete an email address in the autocomplete dropdown when inviting collaborators

    If an email ever accepted a collaboration invitation, this email will appear in the auto-complete dropdown even if the email no longer exist, is not a current collaborator, or invited by accident

  9. Show the whole email address and file path in the notification email when a file is downloaded/accessed

    In current email notifications, we cannot (a) tell which organizations are accessing which files, (b) which projects they are accessing.

  14. Better way to manage and view collaborators added to a single file

    There is no good way to manage people who have access to a single file through SFC (the ability to invite a collaborator to a single file). Users need to click to ...> share > manage collab to see who has access.

    It would be helpful to have a "sharing" tab along with details on a file level, since the release of SFC. There's also no way to run reports on which files have external collaborators through SFC.

    Interesting feature request! However, we’re not able to prioritize it at this time due to competing priorities.

  15. Add text notification that "Create Password" link will expire in 48 hours.

    It is not uncommon to let an email sit for a few days or come back to it.

    We are suggesting adding a comment on under that link notifying users that they should set that password now, since it'll expire.

    This could drive quicker action with all users and less work on Admins who need to resend.

  16. Add "Copy' and 'open' functionality to the Viewer permission

    A Viewer cannot copy a file within Box, but be aware that Viewers have the ability to download the file and upload it somewhere else.

    If users are still able to download and then re-upload content, what are the potential downfalls of providing them with the copy functionality as part of the Viewer permission?
