1. Enhance user experience for searching files with tag

   As legal department, we manage contract documents using tag but when we search files filtering with them, user experience is not intuitive when I follow steps described below.

   1. search a keyword filtering with tag
   2. change the keyword on search box
   3. filter for tag set in 1 is reset and disappeared

   Also, we would like to search file filtering with tag without any keywords in the search box as populating keyword is currently a must to start to search unlike Metadata, which is also inconvenient.

   Searching for tags without a keyword is now possible in the Box web app. 

   Tag filter is not reset when changing the keyword.

2. In Webapp Search filtering - add multi-select for file type filtering or add an option to exclude folders

   During searches, returns can include both Files as well as Folders, which adds to the search return clutter. Customer would like a way to filter out all folders results.
   This could be done through adding multi-select to file types filter or adding a folders type exclusion.

3. User Trash -- Ability to search within Trash from the Web for end users

   Since Box has a public-facing Search API that allows searching within the Trash, the Web App should also make use of this functionality and allow users to search in Trash from the Web. API documentation here: https://docs.box.com/reference#searching-for-content

4. Keywordless Search

   Ability to do a search without entering a string of text parameters.

   In order to fully make use of Box's metadata features (including templates), Box needs to support keywordless search.
