Be able to share Box Sign Templates with Others.
I need to be able to Share Box Sign Templates with others. The documentation online says this should be easily doable and you can "Share" the document with others. I'm not finding this feature. At best, I can share the pdf itself, but it doesn't retain any of the Placeholder Fields that i've established in the Template, and me co-worker has to reestablish the fields all over again.

Delegation Functionality in Box Sign
Delegation – they we often send a document to an agent as delegator, who then sends it to the talent as signatory. Does this functionality exist in Box sign?
5 votesYes, currently a signer can reassign their request to another person/signer.

Ability to share Box Sign Templates
I would like to be able to share a template in Box Signature that I've created. Currently, you can only use your own templates and all users need to create their own even if they're identical.

Batch send doc on business account subscription
I would like to be able to send the same document to 19 different people for signature (e.g., company policies). I'd like to send in a batch format and then be able to track which I have received back / which I have not received. This is not currently available in the business account subscription plan.

Box Sign template for different document not perfile/ document basis. Would like to make Box sign field as template. So we can utlize the tempalte to different file/document.

The current supported functionality is "Replace document".
- Create a template with all necessary fields
- Use template
- In the top of the document click the three dots icon and select "Replace"
It will allow you to replace the document, but keep all of the fields that you added previously.
Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Password protected feature to Box Sign
Box allows to send a password to the signer for the signing purposes but it is not kep on after that. I recommend adding password protected feature on the documents sent from Box Sign, so any sensitive data could be protected.

Signer: Prefill all company, email, name and title fields in the document automatically when the first field is filled out
A lot of standardized contracts require the organization to fill in their org name multiple times. It would be great if the field could be cloned values similar to the adobe sign clone field where the field is cloned and copies whatever the parent field is. So if I fill in my organization name once it fills it in for all fields that require the organization name.
4 votesThis is an existing feature, once signer fills out the first name/company/title field, all other fields will be prefilled with the same value.
It simplifies and speed up the signing process.
