We’re gathering feedback to better understand how merging signed documents and signature logs into a single file could improve your workflow.
Could you share your thoughts on the following?
- Would you expect all completed files, including attachments and the signature log, to be combined into a single PDF?
- Would you need only to merge signed files but not attachments nor signing log?
- What challenges have you faced with having them as separate files?
- How would merging the files improve your process?

Thank you for the feature request.
Could you please elaborate a bit on why it is important and how this change will improve your experience with Box Sign?
As of right now fields are assigned to the recipient for whom the last field was added or re-assigned to.
Plus now you can reassign a group of fields in a couple of clicks using the multi-select + reassign feature. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Yes, currently after reassigning the agent will no longer receive updates about the document. We will explore future improvements to solve your need.
As a temporary workaround you can add an agent two times with two different roles:
1. As a signer (agent will reassign later in the process)
2. As "get copy", so that agent still receives a signed copy in the end of the process even after reassigning.I hope it helps.
