Hubs permission model should be more granular
Currently in the Box Hubs Beta, all collaborators invited into a Hub receive the "Viewer" permission on files and folders linked in the Hub. This does not allow for Hub content to be view-only and block downloading of content. Alternative methods of managing this such as rolling out classification policies would not be scalable as Hubs usage grows. It would be great if Hubs collaboration could be more granular and there was an ability to invite users or groups into a Hub with other permissions such as "Previewer" so they are more restricted on what they can do after accessing…

Box Hubs Inherited Permissions
The ability to set up a hub that inherits the permissions of the folders/files added. When creating a Hub to have the ability to decide (using a toggle) if content in the Hub should inherit existing permissions or have new permissions granted.

We would like to see Box Hubs have a separate shared link permission setting
Currently, Hub shared links can be allowed from “Enterprise Setting” > “Content & Sharing”, but with the current settings, if Hub shared links are disabled, general folder and file shared links will also be restricted, which is very inconvenient.
Therefore, please consider making the shared link setting of the Hub independent, and allow shared links to be allowed for each individual Hub.【
10 votesThis suggestion is under consideration by the Product Team for future development, however, it is not on our roadmap. Please share additional feedback and use cases to help us understand the importance of this release.

Editing Box Hubs: Adding a description to a file or folder
I'd like to be able to add a short description to each file and folder I add to the Hub.
For example, a description is added just below the file or folder icon, or a speech bubble appears when you hover the cursor over the file or folder icon.19 votesThis suggestion is under consideration by the Product Team for future development, however, it is not on our roadmap. Hide contributors on Box Hubs
Customers need the ability to hide who their published Hubs are shared with. They are sharing information with multiple customers who may be competitors of one another, and want to prevent them from seeing who else is accessing the information.

Checklist on Box Hubs
Having a checklist or tasklist would be really helpful, that way if we had a hub for a project, then you could see the list on the side and know the status of the job.

Allow us to put some sort of "Official" Badge on Hubs
Admins should be able to mark official company Hubs to distinguish them from Hubs that organically appear due to team needs. While the latter is great, it would be nice to be able to pin/mark Leadership or HR hubs, for example, to the top of the gallery.
