1. Hub Collaboration Report

   Box Hubs is a convenient feature that we use in our daily operations.
   We would like to regularly perform checks to make sure there are no users who have been unintentionally invited to our Hubs.

   Currently, we can check this through the UI, such as the Admin Console or the [Share] screen of each relevant Hub, but there is no way to obtain a list.
   If there were a function similar to the Collaboration Report that could export a report of all users invited to each Hub, our work would be much smoother.

2. Add Table Layout and Inline Image Support in Box Hubs Content

   We’re evaluating Box Hubs as a replacement for our internal SharePoint-based portal, and we’d like a few additional design capabilities.
   Specifically, we’d like
   (1) a table-style layout option for presenting information in a structured format.
   (2) the ability to paste or insert images directly within Hub content.
   These features would help us create clearer, more portal-like pages without relying on external tools.

3. Hubs Draft State/Autosave Feature

   Implement a 'Draft' state for Hubs.

   Example: A feature to have a Hubs 'auto save' option, once it's been generated. They have some users who may close out of the Hub before hitting 'save' and lose all of their work.

4. I want to embed information from other sites into Hubs.

   I would like to embed and display content from other sites within Box Hubs using an iframe.
   For example, I want to display an app created with Microsoft Power Apps inside Hubs.
   You might suggest using SharePoint for this, though.

5. Request for Hubs Version History Feature

   Customer Pain Point & Concern:
   Our customer is highly concerned about the risk of editors accidentally deleting or overwriting pages or sections within Hubs. Currently, there is no built-in version control or version history feature for Hubs (similar to what is available in Box Notes). As a workaround to prepare a backup plan, they are currently forced to take manual, regular backups by copying content, which has proven to be extremely tedious and inefficient.

   Requested Feature:

   Version History for Hubs: A feature similar to Box Notes that allows users to view, restore, and revert to older versions of Hubs pages and sections.
   This is a critical requirement for this large-scale customer to ensure secure content management and operational efficiency. We would highly appreciate it if this could be considered for the product roadmap.

6. Add a normal Search Bar to Hubs

   The AI is not great. I have written instructions for staff to follow to troubleshoot something. The AI mixes steps and adds incorrect information so that it makes it useless.
   We need a normal Search Bar that can be typed into to find matching key words. It can just have up and down arrows just like "find in page" that allow you to skip through the hub to the related content.

7. Ability to embed a Box App into Box Hubs

   With the expansion of EAdvanced functionality, it would be great if you could embed a live Box Apps view in a Hub.
   This could be used as a project status dashboard at a glance.

8. Enable image resizing in Box Hubs

   All images pasted are resized to the full width of the page - this does not work for small images. Requesting the ability to resize images to make them smaller within a block.

9. Enhancement of the content sorting feature in Hub

   Currently, when placing multiple pieces of content in Hub, you can manually change their order, but it would be more convenient if sorting could be made easier.

   We would like to be able to sort multiple pieces of content placed in Hub all at once, in ascending or descending order, by size, file name, update date, etc.

10. Allow Customizable Page Icons

    Add customizable page icons for Box Hubs. Currently, you can only select a single icon and it applies to all pages within your hub. It would be great to be able to customize the page's icon to be more inline with the page contents. For example if the pages is about document approvals, we could customize the icon to be a uploaded image of a stamp.

    I think this would make the hub feel much more professional and easier to navigate.

11. Update search bar to allow search for section headers & page content

    We are creating an Onboarding Hub and if a user is looking for a specific page or section it is not possible to simply use the search bar. As of now, you can only find files or folders that match the text.

    But what if we want to show the entire hub page's content or a section to them? It could have some relevant information that is not included inside the linked files. This feature would make it much easier for an end user to navigate a hub and would make it much more appealing for various use cases.

12. When a group is included among the collaborators of a Hub, I want to be able to see who is in that group.

    When inviting users to a Hub, we sometimes invite them via a pre-created group. This is useful for inviting all related users at once.
    However, in the Hub collaborator management screen, although we can see the group name, we cannot see who belongs to that group.
    In the folder collaborators view, clicking on a group shows the member names, so I think it would be good to have the same functionality implemented for Hubs as well.

13. Do not send notifications to group members when inviting a group to Hubs, as is the case when inviting a group to a folder.

    Currently, when you invite a group to Box Hubs, all group members receive a notification.
    However, if there are many group members, if all group members receive the email, it may violate some rules of Exchange Online.
    Therefore, I would like to see an improvement so that notifications are not sent to group members when inviting a group to Hubs, as is the case when inviting a group to a folder.

14. Allow Box AI for Hubs to scope responses to the current Hub page or selected Hub pages

    We would like Box AI for Hubs to support scoping AI responses not only to the entire Hub, but also to the current Hub page or selected Hub pages/subpages.

    Box AI for Hubs is very useful because users can ask questions across the content in a Hub. However, when a Hub is organized into multiple pages by department, business process, project, topic, or chapter, users often want to ask questions only about the content on the page they are currently viewing.

    Example use cases:

    ・Ask questions only against the “Travel Policy” page in an internal policy Hub
    ・Summarize only the “Security Training” page in an onboarding Hub
    ・Extract action items only from the files listed on a “Meeting Notes” page in a project Hub
    ・Generate an FAQ only from the files listed on a specific department page in an employee portal Hub

    Although users can narrow the reference content by adding specific sources, it is not practical for end users to manually select each file or folder every time, especially when a Hub page already organizes the relevant files and folders for them. Since Hub pages and subpages are part of the Hub’s information architecture, it would be much more intuitive if that structure could also be used as the AI scope.

    Requested behavior:

    ・When launching Box AI for Hubs, users can choose a scope such as “This page only,” “Selected pages,” or “Entire Hub”
    ・The current Hub page can be used as the AI context, including files, folders, links, and text blocks placed on that page
    ・Users can select multiple Hub pages/subpages as the AI context
    ・Citations and source references are limited to the selected page scope
    ・Existing Box permissions, Hub permissions, Shield classifications, and AI access controls continue to be fully respected

    This would make Box AI for Hubs much more useful for large knowledge portals. It would help users get more accurate and relevant answers by narrowing the AI context to the part of the Hub they are actually working with.

    ・現在表示中のページに配置されたファイル、フォルダ、リンク、テキストブロックをAIの参照範囲にできる

    ・回答の引用元も、選択したページ配下のコンテンツに限定される

16. Hub-level Terms of Service gate (per client portal) with auditable acceptance

    Customers using Hubs as client/extranet portals need client-specific Terms of Service at the Hub level (not enterprise-wide). Many firms run multiple client portals, each with different legal terms, and they must be able to prove who accepted, when, and under what terms before granting access.

    Requested capability:
    Add a Hub/Portal-specific ToS “splash page” that requires users to Accept / Decline before viewing Hub content, with mandatory authentication and an audit trail.

17. Custom Branding - Embeddable Box AI for Hubs

    Please add custom branding options to the new Embed Hub / AI Chat Widget feature. Creating simple hub-grounded chatbots that can be embedded in intranet sites are powerful but for some customers require that they can control the branding like text and colors to stay within guidelines, for instance: instead of the default "Welcome to Box AI" text and logo.

18. Ability to hide a Hub from personal view

    I would like the option to hide specific Hubs from my view without leaving or losing access to them. This would allow me to declutter my Hub list and focus on the Hubs most relevant to my current work.

    Use Case

    • I have access to multiple Hubs but only actively use a few on a regular basis
    • Some Hubs are for reference only or used infrequently
    • My Hub list has become cluttered, making it harder to find the Hubs I need quickly

    Proposed Functionality

    • Add a "Hide from view" option for individual Hubs
    • Hidden Hubs would not appear in my main Hub list
    • Provide a way to access/view hidden Hubs (e.g., a "Show hidden Hubs" toggle or separate section)
    • Allow users to unhide Hubs at any time
    • Hiding should be user-specific and not affect other Hub members

    Benefits

    • Improved organization and productivity
    • Cleaner, more focused workspace
    • Maintains access without visual clutter
    • User-controlled personalization

19. We want all content to be displayed in Hub without using the "Show more" button.

    When a large amount of content is placed in a single block in Hub, not all of the content is displayed in the UI, and users need to click "Show more" to see the rest.

    We would like all content to be displayed without having to use the "Show more" button.

    Currently, when a user clicks on a folder that has been added to a Hub, the folder opens in a separate browser tab to display the list of items.

    From a User Experience (UX) perspective, we believe it is critical to keep the user flow consistent. Therefore, it is highly desirable for users to be able to expand folders and navigate their contents directly within the Hubs interface, rather than being redirected to a new tab.

    Request: We kindly request the implementation of a feature that allows folder expansion and navigation within the Box Hubs UI. Furthermore, it would be ideal if this feature could be configurable, allowing administrators to toggle this behavior (enable/disable in-Hub expansion) on a per-Hub basis.
