    Support for Spotlight on macOS is out with the release of version 2.53 (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/53361463306515-Box-Drive-v2-53-Release-Notes).


    The request will be left in the "gathering feedback" stage, as Finder/File Explorer search functionality does remain limited.

    I'm on a Mac. This is a must-have feature. Old Box sync worked with Mac Spotlight - it was a huge help quickly locating files. Without Spotlight support I need to log into the web interface. It's a real pain.
