I'd also add a setting for "offline time limit" that could be set to automatically remove the "available offline" status after a chosen amount of time like 1 week, 1 month, etc.

Incorrect, you have a "search files and folders" bar in Hubs. It does not search the text inside of the Hub. It won't even show the search bar if there are no files or folders linked. If I write a "welcome to our company" Hub that has a bunch of on-boarding info written in text, the search bar should work just like the "find" tool that almost every browser and such has to find matching text. So if I search for "First Day" it will navigate to the first located match in the Hub that and highlight it, and it will provide up/down arrows to jump back and forth between other matches within the full Hub.
