    I was referring to having a persistent chat column on a Box Hub page where users could chat in real-time. Maybe on the right side of the page, similar to where Box AI, Activity, Details, Metadata, etc. pops up on as a right column when you preview an individual file. Users could choose to close the chat column if they're not using it while browsing a Hub page.

  3. Ability to create private subfolders in Parent folders, and limit Parent-level collaborators from accessing the private subfolder.
