The ability to copy recipients on an e-sign process so not only with the signatory receive the email that the process has launched but also anyone who is CC'd can see that the process is launched is ESSENTIAL. DocuSign and Adobe Sign both have this functionality.
If Jane Smith is the signatory but John Adams is her assistant that manages email on her behalf, then it's crucial to be able to CC John and make sure he sees that the Box Sign was launched to Jane's attention. Likewise for internal team members to see a Box Sign was sent to their client, etc. The examples are endless. Thank you.
