  1. Save the actual name of past collaborators on box rather than have them named prior collaborator

    This feature is critical to maintaining internal audit trails of approvals over time. Without this feature, you may end up with document approvals from "A Prior Collaborator" not allowing a clear chain of custody and approval within a document task, or comment section.
